Alkaline & Green Food to Avoid the Dangers of Acidosis

 

Having a huge breakfast to start a healthy day is just a myth, and actually unhealthy for your metabolism. The first thing what many people do in the morning is to consume orange juice, toast, honey, sweet rolls, muffins, waffles, pancakes etc. In this way high amounts of sugar and simple carbohydrates are ingested, which doesn’t only over-acidify blood and tissue, but also promotes high levels of yeast and fungi to grow inside the body.
